WHAT I BRING
I’m Certified as a Total Well-Being Coach, Ayurveda Lifestyle Instructor, and Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor through IIN/Chopra Center, I’m also certified through IIN as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
I am a passionate healing professional, a daily meditator, a recovering perfectionist, a lifelong learner, and both a realist and a dreamer. I’m compassionate, positive and a straight shooter. I get the most joy out of listening, empowering, inspiring and helping others get to where they want to be. You can count on me to bring presence and focus, along with a smile and a dash of humor to my coaching practice.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Therapy helped me heal from past emotional wounds, anxiety, and depression. Coaching has helped me build confidence, get unstuck, change unhealthy patterns, build confidence, and make changes creating a healthy happy life. The coaches I’ve worked with have helped me discover who I am, my purpose, what I have to offer and put it all into action to create a grounded, joyful, fulfilling life.
Continuing to have a coach myself, I choose to serve as a life, health and total well-being coach to support others on their journey to a joyful life.

Coaching is not therapy. Where therapy focuses on resolving deep-rooted past issues, coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. It is partnering with clients in a creative and thought provoking process inspiring them to reach their full potential personally and professionally. As a coach I see each of my clients as already whole, creative, resourceful, the expert in their own life and equipped with what they need to realize the changes they are seeking.
